Nepal Infrastructure Investment Fund prepares to launch IPO


Kathmandu: Nepal Infrastructure Investment Fund has announced plans to issue an Initial Public Offering (IPO), marking a significant development in the country’s capital markets.

The fund has appointed Laxmi Sunrise Capital as the issue manager to oversee the public share offering process.

Formal agreement was signed by Dr Manish Thapa, Director of the Fund, and Vijayalal Shrestha, Chief Executive Officer of the capital firm, solidifying their partnership for this important financial initiative.

The fund currently boasts an authorized capital of Rs 1.2 billion, with plans to issue shares worth Rs 300 million through this IPO.
