Pashupati Synpack records Rs 1.38 billion in trade in 9 months of last fiscal year


Kathmandu: Pashupati Synpack Industries, operated under the Rathi and Sharda Group, has reported a trade volume of approximately Rs 1.38 billion during the first nine months of the last fiscal year.

According to company data, Pashupati Synpack achieved Rs 1.38 billion in trade during the nine-month period. This marks a notable recovery compared to previous years.

In terms of annual trade figures, in 2024, the company recorded a turnover of Rs 1.70 billion, in 2023, it had Rs 1.57 billion, in 2022, Rs 2.05 billion, and in 2021, Rs 2.03 billion.

The company stated that both 2024 and the last fiscal year have shown signs of recovery when compared to the business downturn in 2023. It also posted a net profit of 5.2 percent in the last fiscal year.

Established in 2002, Pashupati Synpack specializes in the production of polypropylene and high-density polyethylene synthetic woven and non-woven fabrics and bags.

From 2019 to the first nine months of 2025, the company reported that 32 percent to 61 percent of its total production was exported to India.

The company is managed by Anupam Rathi, who serves as the Managing Director.

Pashupati Synpack is jointly owned by 15 stakeholders.

For financing purposes, the company has sought a credit rating for loans totaling Rs 1.86 billion — including Rs 461.2 million in long-term loans and Rs 1.40 billion in short-term loans.
