Kathmandu: The price of gold in the Nepali market climbed close to Rs 200,000 per tola on Friday, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association.
Gold, which was traded at Rs 198,400 per tola on Thursday, rose by Rs 1,000 to Rs 199,400 today. This marks a total increase of Rs 6,600 over the past seven days.
Silver prices also saw an uptick, rising by Rs 10 per tola. Silver was traded at Rs 2,315 per tola on Thursday and reached Rs 2,325 today.
