Global IME Bank wins ‘Best Bank Award’ at prestigious Euromoney Award for Excellence 2025


Kathmandu: Global IME Bank Limited has been honoured with the ‘Best Bank Award’ at the Euromoney Award for Excellence 2025.

Established in 1992 by Euromoney magazine, this award is one of the most prestigious recognitions in the banking sector.

Global IME Bank received this accolade for its exceptional customer service, strong financial performance, corporate social responsibility initiatives, technological innovations in banking, and its commitment to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles.

Euromoney magazine is renowned for its in-depth analysis and critical evaluation of the banking industry. The Euromoney Group comprises distinguished and experienced professionals from the banking and financial sectors.

This marks the third time Global IME Bank has won the Best Bank Award at the Euromoney Awards for Excellence, having previously received the honour in 2022 and 2024.

Additionally, the bank was recognized as Nepal’s Best Bank in two categories at the Euromoney Awards for Excellence 2024 and received the Global Finance Best Bank Award in 2024 and 2025.
