Hathway Investment announces 12% bonus shares

Kathmandu: Hathway Investment has announced a 12 percent bonus share distribution.

From the distributable profit of the last fiscal year, the company will provide shareholders with a 12 percent bonus share and a 0.632 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.

A meeting of the company’s Board of Directors held on Monday decided to distribute dividends equivalent to that portion of paid-up capital from the distributable profit.

The proposed dividend will be distributed after approval by the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
