Kathmandu: The IPO allotment of Swastik Microfinance Financial Institution has been completed.
The IPO, which was opened for applications from the general public from August 15 to 19, was allotted on Thursday.
The company had issued 195,195 units of IPO shares at a face value of Rs 100 per unit.
A total of 2,440,460 applicants had applied for 27,464,570 units of shares in the IPO. Among them, 2,436,393 applications were approved, while 2,300 applications were canceled.
Accordingly, in the IPO allotment, 19,519 investors received 10 units of shares each of the microfinance.
In this process, the remaining 5 units of shares were also distributed among the same investors. As a result, 5 investors received one additional unit each, making their total allotment 11 units of shares.
