Kathmandu: Bajeko Sekuwa has decided to issue an IPO. With preparations underway to issue shares to the general public, the company has called a general meeting. A meeting held on Bhadra 7 decided to convene the 16th Annual General Meeting to discuss matters including the IPO issuance.
The meeting will be held on Thursday, September 18, at 3 PM at the company’s office in Battisputali.
The general meeting will discuss and endorse the annual report, issue an IPO to the general public, review and approve financial statements including balance sheet, profit and loss account, and cash flow statement, appoint and determine remuneration of the auditor, authorize the board of directors to borrow loans beyond the specified limit from banks and other financial institutions for projects to be operated and developed by the company, and grant full authority to the board of directors for merger with other companies, along with other various proposals.
