Kathmandu: Skyline Infra Limited and Himalayan Securities Banker Limited have signed an agreement regarding the issuance and sales management of shares.
This agreement will support Skyline Infra in embarking on a new business journey and further assist in the expansion of the company.
Representing Skyline Infra at the signing were Rajesh Agrawal (Founder), Satyanarayan Keyal (Founder), Subhash Agrawal (Founder, Rajesh Hardware), Binod Shrestha (Founder), Pratik Agrawal (Chairman), Aakriti Agrawal (Director), Ankur Bhangar Agrawal (Director), and Sanjay Rauniyar (Chief Finance Officer). Also present on behalf of the ward office were Sushil Kumar Kanu (Ward Chairman, Ward No. 10, Birgunj Metropolitan City), Siddhant Jhunjhunwala (Certified Auditor, Subhash & Company), and Kamal Mohan Pokharel (Legal Advisor). Representing Himalayan Securities Banker Limited were CEO Subhash Bahadur Shrestha and Deputy General Manager Shankar Rajbahak.
Skyline Infra Limited has been established under the Sarovar Portico brand as a four-star hotel. It has been providing services such as a banquet hall, international chain restaurant, swimming pool, spa, casino, and QFX cinema hall.
