Kathmandu: Bodhi Redsun Hotel, located in Bhairahawa, Rupandehi, is preparing to take a loan of Rs 1.5 billion for its reconstruction.
The company has obtained ratings for both long-term and short-term loans to finance the reconstruction of the currently operating hotel.
It has rated Rs 1.48 billion for long-term loans and Rs 20 million for short-term loans. Established in 2014, the company has been operating a four-star hotel.
Spread over 5.25 hectares, the hotel features 97 rooms and suites, a multi-cuisine restaurant, a luxurious spa, swimming pool, fitness center, as well as banquet and conference facilities.
Citing future prospects, the company stated it has moved forward with the hotel’s reconstruction, which will include the complete renovation of rooms, interiors, and overall building infrastructure.
So far, the company has already spent Rs 251 million on the project.
The company, chaired by Pramod Kumar Yadav, has six directors.
