Kathmandu: President Ramchandra Paudel administered the oath of office to three ministers appointed in the expanded Council of Ministers by Prime Minister Sushila Karki Monday.
Those sworn in are Rameshwor Prasad Khanal as Minister for Finance, Kulman Ghising as Minister for Energy, Physical Infrastructure, Transport, and Urban Development, and Om Prakash Aryal as Minister for Home Affairs, Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs.
