Kathmandu: NIC Asia Bank has launched an online portal aimed at providing comprehensive details on auction sales of banking assets, non-banking assets in the bank’s name, and properties under collateral security.
Through this online portal introduced by the bank, all kinds of information regarding properties to be auctioned by the bank are included in detail.
For this purpose, customers can scan the QR code in the published notice related to auction sales to access the portal, where they can obtain various details about the properties on auction, including plot numbers and area, photos, maps, and location identification via Google Maps.
After viewing the full details of the property listed for auction, if customers need further information about a property they wish to purchase, the bank has arranged for them to send a message by filling in their full name, email address, mobile number, contact address in the message box available at the relevant property detail section.
The bank has stated that banking assets, non-banking assets, properties under collateral security and on auction, and other information related to NIC Asia Bank’s auction sales will be regularly published on this online portal.
