Sana Kisan Development Microfinance declares 15% dividend for shareholders

Kathmandu: Sana Kisan Development Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has announced a dividend for its shareholders.

The microfinance institution has declared the dividend to be distributed from the profits of the previous fiscal year.

It will distribute a 15 percent dividend based on the current paid-up capital.

This includes 14.25 percent in bonus shares and 0.75 percent in cash dividend for tax purposes.

The decision was made at the board of directors’ meeting held on 12 November.
