National Life Insurance honours top agents in Lumbini Province with grand CEO Club ceremony

Kathmandu: National Life Insurance has celebrated the outstanding performance of its agents in Lumbini Province by hosting a prestigious CEO Club Membership and Awards Ceremony, chaired by the company’s Chief Executive Officer, Suresh Prasad Khatri.

The event recognised 340 agents and branch managers from Lumbini who successfully met their premium collection targets for the fiscal year 2024/25. Top performers were formally inducted into the exclusive CEO Club, while the province’s first, second and third-place achievers received special honours and cash prizes.

Agents who earned the coveted National Ratna and National Star awards were presented with silver medals bearing the company logo, certificates and traditional khadas in a warm felicitation ceremony.

Addressing the gathering, CEO Khatri highlighted that similar provincial-level recognition events have already been completed in Gandaki, Karnali and Sudurpashchim provinces, with Lumbini being the latest. He added that preparations are complete for the remaining provinces and the programmes will be held very soon. More than 1,600 agents from across Nepal have now qualified for the CEO Club, proving the initiative’s huge success in motivating and professionalising the sales force.

The day also featured an inspiring training session conducted by renowned international trainer Vijay Kumar Jha, who reminded agents that life insurance is not just a business but a noble service profession. He stressed that honesty and persistence are the real keys to lasting success in the field.

Participants said receiving training from a celebrated global expert and being personally honoured by the CEO filled them with fresh energy and immense pride in their profession.
