Kathmandu: Sun Nepal Life Insurance has relocated and officially inaugurated three of its branches in the Narayani region, namely Tadi, Bharatpur and Chanauli, to spacious, modern and customer-friendly premises.
The move is aimed at delivering faster, smoother and higher-quality services to both existing and new policyholders, the company said.
The inauguration ceremonies were attended by Chief Executive Officer Raj Kumar Aryal, Chief Marketing Officer Ganesh Chaulagain, Provincial Head Ishwor Bikram Sapkota, respective branch managers and staff members.
Speaking at the events, CEO Aryal emphasised that upgrading physical infrastructure is essential to bring services closer to customers in a more effective way. He described the branch relocations as a major step toward genuine customer-centric banking.
Chief Marketing Officer Chaulagain added that the new offices feature quicker service counters, digital record systems, clear customer guidance and comfortable waiting areas – all designed to significantly improve client satisfaction.
