Kathmandu: Herald College Kathmandu held its grand annual convocation on Wednesday at Hotel Yak & Yeti, where 903 students were formally conferred degrees affiliated with top British universities.
The graduating class included 697 bachelor’s students, 52 BSc (Hons) in International Business Management graduates, and 206 master’s degree recipients.
Continuing its tradition, the college awarded the prestigious Innovate Nepal Group Postgraduate Scholarship to the year’s standout performer, Saksham Sharma from the BSc programme. Sharma will now pursue his master’s at Islington College and is guaranteed employment within the ING group upon completion.
Speaking at the ceremony, Innovate Nepal Group founder and chairman Sulabh Budhathoki highlighted that Herald alumni are thriving in senior roles across Nepal’s public and private sectors, particularly in information technology. He credited their success to the globally respected British curriculum, which fosters self-directed learning, research skills and real-world competitiveness.
Herald College described the convocation as a proud milestone in every student’s academic journey and extended heartfelt congratulations to the Class of 2025, wishing them bright and successful futures ahead.
