Kathmandu: Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited has announced a cash dividend distribution from the profits of the previous fiscal year.
The insurance company declared a cash dividend of 12 percent on its existing paid-up capital.
The decision was taken at a meeting of the Board of Directors held on December 19. The dividend will be distributed only after receiving approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority and being approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting of shareholders.
