Kathmandu: SuryaJyoti Life Insurance Company Limited has declared a cash dividend from the profits of the previous fiscal year.
The insurance company announced a cash dividend of 13 percent on its existing paid-up capital (inclusive of tax purposes).
The decision was made during a meeting of the Board of Directors held on December 19. The dividend will be distributed only after receiving approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority and being endorsed by the upcoming Annual General Meeting of shareholders.
