Nabil Bank to hold 43rd Annual General Meeting on January 12


Kathmandu: Nabil Bank has announced that it will convene its 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on January 12. A meeting of the bank’s Board of Directors decided to hold the AGM on Monday at 11:15 am in Kathmandu.

For the purpose of the AGM, the bank will close its share register (book closure) for one day on December 31.

As the book closure is scheduled for Poush 16, only shareholders registered with the bank up to Poush 15 (December 30) will be eligible to attend the AGM and exercise voting rights, as well as to receive dividends and other benefits approved by the meeting.

Nabil Bank has already announced a dividend of 12.50 percent to be distributed to shareholders from its profit of the previous fiscal year. The proposal for this dividend will be tabled for approval at the bank’s 43rd Annual General Meeting.
