Kathmandu: ICFC Finance Limited, one of Nepal’s leading and trusted financial institutions, has been honored with “The HRM Award for Corporate Excellence 2025” in the financial institution category. The recognition was presented at a program organized by Corporate Club Nepal, highlighting the company’s strong overall performance in the sector.
ICFC Finance earned the prestigious award after standing out among nominated financial institutions for its solid financial results, good governance practices, service expansion, and strong institutional management. The award was jointly received at a formal ceremony in Lalitpur by the company’s Chief Executive Officer, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, and Assistant General Manager.
The selection was based on a comprehensive evaluation that included analysis of financial statements, key financial indicators, governance standards, loan disbursement and recovery performance, paid-up capital position, sustainability of business expansion, investment in human resource development, diversification strategies, and corporate social responsibility initiatives carried out by the institution.
According to the evaluation committee, ICFC Finance demonstrated excellence in the financial sector through transparent policies, effective risk management, customer-focused financial services, expanded access through both digital and physical channels, and the strong trust it has built among the public.
Following the award ceremony, CEO Sunil Pant described the recognition as the result of the board’s strategic guidance, the continued dedication of employees, support from regulatory bodies, the confidence of shareholders, and the ongoing trust of ICFC Finance’s customers.
