Kathmandu: Citizen Life Insurance Company successfully concluded its MDRT 2026 (Million Dollar Round Table) Recognition and Training Program, hosting a three-day, two-night event at Hotel Pokhara Grande in Pokhara from February 17 to 19, 2026 (Falgun 5–7, 2082 BS).
The event honored 70 high-performing Citizen Leaders, including 67 qualifiers for the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), two Court of the Table (COT) achievers, and one Top of the Table (TOT) qualifier. Senior agency managers, selected high-performing branch managers, and regional heads also took part in the gathering.
The primary objective of the program was to recognize outstanding performance while equipping leaders with strategic insights and advanced training for future business growth. A key highlight was a special training session titled “The Secret of Progressive Life,” led by renowned sales coach and motivational speaker Dr. Rabin Katwal. According to the company, the session focused on inspiring participants toward both personal excellence and professional advancement.
Senior executives including Head of Training Kuber Pathak, Chief Financial Officer Gopal Pageni, Chief Market Management Officer Bhushan Rimal, and Chief Executive Officer Poshak Raj Paudel delivered presentations and strategic guidance during the program.
The event also featured a special appearance by the company’s brand ambassadors, celebrated Nepali comedians Madan Krishna Shrestha and Hari Bansha Acharya. Through humor and motivational remarks, they energized attendees and participated in honoring the MDRT achievers.
In his closing address, CEO Poshak Raj Paudel credited the company’s sustained growth and success to the dedication, commitment, and exceptional performance of its Citizen Leaders. He thanked all participants and expressed confidence that the organization would achieve even greater milestones in the years ahead.
