Kathmandu: Rishi Trade Center, the official and sole distributor of CFMOTO in Nepal, has unveiled the much-anticipated CFMOTO 250 Dual EFI motorcycle in the Nepali market during a grand launch event.
The programme was attended by motorcycle enthusiasts, well-known bikers, social media influencers, journalists, and representatives from CFMOTO’s international team.
According to the company, the launch introduces one of the most awaited entry-level adventure motorcycles to Nepal. The presence of international representatives at the event also reflected the company’s commitment to the Nepali market.
Company officials said the motorcycle has been designed with Nepal’s diverse road conditions and geography in mind, aiming to deliver a balance of performance, durability, and versatility.
The bike is intended for riders seeking adventure beyond conventional travel, making it suitable for both regular road use and off-road journeys.
The motorcycle is powered by a 249cc single-cylinder engine equipped with an electronic fuel injection system. The company claims the engine provides strong performance and improved fuel efficiency, while the EFI system ensures smoother throttle response and optimized fuel consumption.
Featuring a dual-purpose design, the bike is built to handle both urban roads and rugged terrain. With a ground clearance of 245 millimeters, it is considered well suited for Nepal’s varied road conditions. The motorcycle also comes equipped with disc brakes and an advanced braking system aimed at enhancing rider safety. Its lightweight yet durable frame is designed to deliver agility and strength.
The launch event also featured interactive sessions with bikers, discussions with journalists, and a live display of the motorcycle, allowing attendees to closely examine the new model.
CFMOTO has been steadily expanding its product lineup in Nepal. With the launch of this new model, the company reiterated its commitment to bringing internationally recognized technology and modern motorcycle designs to the Nepali market.
The introductory price of the CFMOTO 250 Dual EFI has been set at NPR 549,900. The motorcycle will be available in three colors: Polar White, Lime Green, and Tundra Gray.
Globally, CFMOTO is a well-known motorcycle manufacturer producing high-performance motorcycles, agricultural all-terrain vehicles, and various powersports vehicles. The company reported revenue of approximately $2.1 billion during the first three quarters of 2025.
