Kathmandu: Sanjeev Neupane has resigned from his position as Executive Director of Api Power Company Ltd, marking a shift in the company’s leadership. Following his departure from the management team, Shashwat Chalise has been appointed to the vacant executive role as Managing Director.
According to information submitted by the company to the Nepal Stock Exchange, Neupane stepped down due to increasing work commitments. His resignation, submitted on 23 March, was approved by a board meeting held the following day. Despite leaving his executive responsibilities, he will continue to serve as a member of the company’s board of directors.
With this transition, Chalise, previously serving as a director, takes over executive leadership, signalling a new phase for the company’s management.
