Kathmandu: A meeting of the Council of Ministers is scheduled to take place at Singha Durbar on Friday at 2:30 PM.
Prime Minister Balendra Shah has called for this session to formally approve the government’s annual budget for the upcoming fiscal year 2026/27.
Once the Cabinet grants its official endorsement, Finance Minister Swarnim Wagle will present the budget during a joint session of the Federal Parliament.
The presentation is slated to begin at 4:00 PM this afternoon.
