Kathmandu: National Life Insurance Company has successfully concluded its four-day Branch Managers’ Annual Conference under the theme “Redefining Success” at Dusit Thani Himalayan Resort in Dhulikhel.
Chaired by company president Premarajya Laxmi Singh, the conference aimed to honour and reward branches that achieved their business targets for the fiscal year 2024/25, review current trends in the life insurance sector, and set a clear roadmap for the upcoming year.
Over 150 participants — including department heads, provincial heads, branch managers, and marketing staff from across the country — attended the event. The conference commenced with a ceremonial lamp lighting by President Singh.
In her opening remarks, Singh congratulated all branches and central office staff for meeting their business targets and collectively achieving high premium collection despite growing competition in the life insurance market.
She emphasized the responsibility of enhancing efficiency and effort to further expand the company’s growth, expressing confidence that the team’s maximum dedication would continue to raise the company’s stature in the days ahead.
As part of the conference, leadership development coach Anil Keshary Shah delivered an inspirational session on leadership growth, offering practical examples to boost professional competence.
