Kathmandu: Sunday is the final day to apply for the initial public offering (IPO) issued by Srinagar Agritech Industries Limited for Nepalis working abroad.
The company had received approval to issue 20 percent of its total issued capital of Rs 1.63125 billion — amounting to Rs 326.25 million, or 3,262,500 ordinary shares.
Of the shares allocated for the general public, 10 percent — that is, 309,938 shares — were set aside for Nepalis working abroad and those with approved labour permits.
