Soaltee Hotel declares 15% bonus shares and 16.58% cash dividend for shareholders

Kathmandu: Soaltee Hotel has announced dividends for its shareholders from the profits of the previous fiscal year.

The company has declared a 15 percent bonus share distribution based on its current paid-up capital, along with a 16.58 percent cash dividend to cover the tax on the bonus shares.

The decision was made at the board of directors’ meeting held on October 28.

To ratify the dividend proposal, the company has called its 51st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on December 13.

For the purposes of the AGM and dividend distribution, the company will close its share register (book closure) from November 21 to December 13.
