Kedia Organization and Reliance Group recorded combined annual turnover of nearly Rs 1.8 billion in last fiscal


Kathmandu: Two companies backed by joint investment from Kedia Organization and Reliance Group recorded combined annual turnover of nearly Rs 1.8 billion in the last fiscal year.

Yeti Polychem and Yeti Carpet together generated Rs 1.78 billion in revenue during the fiscal year. Of this, Yeti Polychem contributed Rs 1.138 billion, while Yeti Carpet posted Rs 643 million in sales.

Yeti Polychem, which recorded Rs 1.345 billion in revenue in 2024, had posted Rs 1.224 billion in 2023, Rs 1.491 billion in 2022, and Rs 1.215 billion in 2021. The company’s business declined by 15 percent in 2025 compared to 2024.

Established in 2011, the company manufactures PVC carpets. With equal ownership between Kedia Organization and Reliance Group, it produces PVC carpets, PVC coil mats, rexine-coated fabric, and luxury vinyl tiles (LVT). The luxury vinyl tile product is a recently launched addition to its portfolio.

Raw materials for production are imported from India and other countries. The company operates a dedicated manufacturing facility in Hetauda, located within the Hetauda Industrial District.

Its annual production capacity stands at 14,400 tons of PVC carpets, 3,600 metric tons of rexine-coated fabric, 4,000 metric tons of coil mats, and 4,000 metric tons of newly introduced LVT products.

The company has obtained a credit rating of Rs 921 million for long- and short-term borrowing facilities, including Rs 341 million in long-term loans and Rs 580 million in short-term loans.

Meanwhile, Yeti Carpet recorded revenues of Rs 567 million in 2024, Rs 458 million in 2023, Rs 304 million in 2022, and Rs 192 million in 2021, showing steady annual growth. The company’s revenue increased by 13 percent in the last fiscal year.

Founded in 2018, Yeti Carpet manufactures non-woven, tufted, and grass carpets, which are marketed under the Yeti brand.

The company imports raw materials from multiple countries for carpet production. Ownership is held by Anil Kumar Kedia (25 percent), Ayush Kedia (15 percent), Narendra Kumar Agrawal (13 percent), and Lokesh Todi (13 percent).

Yeti Carpet has secured credit ratings totaling NPR 329 million for long-term loans and NPR 280 million for short-term borrowing facilities.
