Kathmandu: Nepal’s Cabinet has approved the national budget for the fiscal year 2026/27 during a meeting held at Singha Durbar on Friday.
The budget, which is scheduled to be made public later today, received formal endorsement from the Council of Ministers ahead of its presentation in Parliament.
Finance Minister Swarnim Wagle is set to unveil the budget at 4 pm during a joint session of the federal parliament.
